 E-Moto Bikes (ERIDE PRO & Other Electric Vehicles)

All e-moto bikes sold through Brap Society are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
This ensures you receive:

  • The newest inventory

  • Fastest processing times

  • Proper packaging and freight handling

  • Manufacturer-backed delivery support

Fulfillment Time: 3–7 business days
Delivery Time: Varies by location and freight carrier (typically 5–14 business days)
Tracking: Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it is provided by the manufacturer.
Note: E-moto orders may arrive via freight truck and may require a scheduled delivery appointment.


Apparel & Accessories (Shipped by Brap Society)

All Brap Society apparel, stickers, merch, and accessories are shipped directly from our team.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order size and destination.
Tracking: Sent automatically once your order ships.

Please note that during high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer. 

We always aim to get your gear out as fast as possible, because we know you’re ready to ride! 


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes both an e-moto and apparel, they will arrive in separate shipments since they are fulfilled from different locations.


Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


Damages or Issues

If you receive a damaged item or have concerns about your shipment, contact us immediately at brapsocietyco@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

For e-motos, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
